Sol Balance Psychology

Sol Balance Psychology acknowledges the Bidiagal, Birrabirragal, Dhawaral, Wangal and Gadigal peoples of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the Country where we practice, and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.

We extend this respect to all Traditional Custodians of Country across Australia and recognize that sovereignty was never ceded.

We recognize our positions as uninvited settlers whom benefit from the ongoing effects of colonization, particularly within the field of psychology that has contributed significantly to the continuance of systems that displace, disadvantage, discriminate against and harm, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

In this recognition, we hope to begin to create a pathway forward for authentic change in these systems.
