This service is for those seeking individual therapy. We offer a 60 minute, Face-to-face option through our space at Surry Hills Medical Practice from Thursday to Sunday as well as telehealth options for those that would prefer this method for appointments in that those days.

Medicare Rebates:

Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative

Under this initiative, the maximum rebate amount for a typical 50 minute session is $98.95, however for all other appointments, the rebate is dependent on the length and the modality of the the session (i.e. whether it is face to face or telehealth).

This service provides clinical supervision offering practice guidance, support and collaboration to professionals within the mental health space.

 Zikra has been working in both the public and private sectors providing trauma-informed therapeutic intervention for the past 8 years. In this time, Zikra has provided both professional and clinical supervision to professionals from various disciplines  in both leadership roles and as an external supervisor.  They recognize that supervision is a space for deep listening, debriefing, validation, collaboration, reflection and learning using their framework as a somatic based therapist to provide a trauma-informed, strengths-based, direct, culturally-responsive and client-centred approach to topics brought to the space.

  Practice is a passion for Zikra and being able to hold space for practice reflection and growth is a privilege.
